It was very comfortable and the decor was quite nice. I loved how the each little area as you walked down the stairs had a seating area and pianos.

It is definitely in the top two of my favorite places to stay in Rapid City. The decor in the rooms is lovely with an antique flair.

I would never again stay in this hotel. Worst place I have been. The difference between this hotel and a motel 6 is I would rather stay at Motel 6.

Very good bed.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in the halls.

The hotel was fine but pictures of room looked much more plush than they really were. The TV was not a new HD TV.

Check in was fast, easy, and friendly.

There were dirty magazines and gum left in the room safe.

Overall, it was a decent place with the exception of finding dirty magazines and gum in the room safe. I am so glad it wasn't my kids that found that garbage! Better room inspections and cleaning would be great! Also, if the bar at the hotel was smoke free it would have been much more enjoyable. cannot put in word that this hotel has everything pool, game, people, were helpful that work there, you feel safe.

Did not have fans in the bathroom but it work out OK at night got hot from the heater.

My grand daughter had a great time in their fantastic pool. This pool was very clean and kept up well.

Would have been perfect if it had continental breakfast.

We have not stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was the absolute best.

Pool was nice, staff very friendly, felt like home.

Being on 4th floor, elevators were nice, but it got old carrying in luggage.

Very nice place to stay. From the minute we walked in, the staff helped with all of our needs. Gave us maps and directions to anything we asked. Would stay here on our next trip to Rapid City. Wish they had a laundry room there, didn't like going to the one that was nearby. They do offer laundry service, but we couldn't wait till the next day. ...read more
